Wonderful film from Emilio Estévez. Although he has been clearly aided by Spaniards, he has got two big mistakes. First of all: considering Navarra as a part of the Vasque Country, when in any case, it could be told that País Vasco belongs to Navarra; as this one was really a big wealthy kingdom in a historical moment, meanwhile Vasque Country only were a handful of disseminated villages. Apart of this fact, they take the topic of flamenco and toros, but it is logical as Spain is well known for that aboard, due to its touristical campaigns. The landscape is wonderful, specially at the beginning. Later, the characters take more importance. They are four people very different from each other, bond by the aim of reaching Santiago de Compostela, but the don't really know why they want to do the way until they reach their destination. Then they understand the mystical meaning of their travel.
